Lead Product Manager for Strategic Initiatives

Role Overview: As a pivotal member of our leadership team, you will spearhead a dynamic, cross-disciplinary group encompassing engineering and product design. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee a comprehensive product domain, engaging closely with our key clients to shape the strategic direction, market entry, execution, and financial performance of your designated product area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empower go-to-market teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, by providing essential product marketing resources, training, and support to ensure they effectively convey the value of your product area.
  • Engage in senior leadership activities, including bi-annual retreats, to collaborate on and influence the future vision and strategic direction of SensorUp.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams within a product management framework.
  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills, including the ability to conduct regular client meetings and user research interviews.
  • Proven expertise in product management best practices.
  • A strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture.
  • A foundational understanding of engineering, product design, marketing, and product management processes, with a keen interest in furthering this knowledge.
