Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Infinity Building Solutions Inc.

Job Summary:

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Prepare price quotations and negotiate sales
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 sales representatives
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
