Position: Quick Lube Technician

Classification: Full Time, Onsite

Sherwood Park Hyundai is seeking a full-time Quick Lube Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' vehicles receive top-notch maintenance and repairs. This role is ideal for individuals looking to pursue a career in motive power.

The Quick Lube Technician is responsible for inspecting and lubricating customers' vehicles in accordance with established policies and procedures. This role will also perform light mechanical work, such as tire and battery replacement, as instructed.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Perform oil & filter changes
  • Sell lubrication, safety inspection, and related services
  • Conduct complete multi-point inspections on vehicles, checking and marking required items on the checklist
  • Mount, balance, rotate, repair tires, and add air as needed
  • Support shop cleanliness and achieve a high customer service experience
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Previous Lube Tech experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and using power tools and hand-held equipment
  • A valid Ontario driver's license and a safe driving history
