About the Role

As the leader of Sonnet's growing Digital Content team within our Customer Experience division, you will be instrumental in shaping our content strategy. You'll own the end-to-end user experience from a digital content perspective, ensuring we deliver insightful and engaging content that resonates with consumers across all our digital channels. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving our company goals.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a compelling content strategy roadmap and editorial calendar, optimizing and scaling digital content to effectively drive organizational objectives.
  • Lead content optimization efforts across all channels, ensuring a seamless and optimized user experience that enhances brand visibility, engagement, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Review, edit, and provide direction to maintain our brand's consistent tone of voice and product value propositions across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and design, to ensure content aligns with overall business goals and initiatives.
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics, using data to inform future content strategies and optimize for maximum impact.
