About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Typhoon Cafe Corp.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
  • Staff Training: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleanliness: Clean kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Supply Chain: Order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
Work Environment

Our kitchen is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where teamwork and attention to detail are essential. As a Culinary Team Member, you will work in a restaurant setting, preparing and cooking meals for our customers.
