Store Operations Manager

Torrential Dynamics Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our retail team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Plan, organize, and direct daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth, including analyzing sales data and making recommendations for improvement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make recommendations for cost savings.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in electronic mail
- Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with attention to detail required
- Personal Suitability: Adaptability, analytical skills, efficiency, hardworking attitude, integrity, positive attitude, efficient interpersonal skills, and organized approach
