About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at A F Cold Storage. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in MS Office and database software.
