Rental Solutions Specialist

Vistek is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Rental Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our rental operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient rental solutions, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide best-in-class service to customers, responding to their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
- Rental Solutions: Analyze customer requests and provide tailored rental solutions, including equipment preparation, testing, and storage.
- Front Counter Service: Create optimal rental opportunities by offering attachments and up-selling, following up on quotes, and engaging with previous customers.
- Client Communications: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and process orders in a timely manner.
- Education: Graduate of a recognized college or university photographic or video program.
- Experience: Minimum of one year working in an industry environment, with a strong background in customer service and rental operations.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft suite, and comfort with computerized inventory systems.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to interact with diverse customers and colleagues in a positive and professional manner.
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on listening and responding to customer needs.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Vistek's products and services, with a commitment to staying up-to-date on industry developments.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.
