Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fresh Slice Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient service delivery.
- Train Staff: Provide training and guidance to food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure timely ordering and inventory management.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Recruit, hire, and manage food service staff, ensuring that they meet the necessary qualifications and standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and submit reports to management.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
