About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at CRAZY ZHANG THE KING OF BBQ LTD. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.

Culinary Operations

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that they are presented in a visually appealing manner.

Staff Training and Development

Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a high-quality dining experience.

Support for Diverse Groups

Develop and maintain relationships with diverse communities, including newcomers and refugees, and apply hiring policies that promote diversity and inclusion.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a culinary role

Work Setting
