We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team at 11235958 Canada Inc. as a key member of our design and construction team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing buildings, developing plans, and supervising construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and design buildings and develop plans describing design specifications, building materials, costs, and construction schedules.
  • Supervise construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Prepare sketches and models.
  • Perform architectural research.
  • Conduct feasibility studies of building projects.
  • Supervise technologists, technicians, and other architects.
  • Estimate costs.
  • Prepare proposals.
  • Write plans describing project specifications and construction schedules.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 30 hours per week.
  • English language.

The successful candidate will work under pressure with tight deadlines, requiring manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to distinguish between colors.
