Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the high standards of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to order, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality and presentation standards.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and ensure that all customer requests are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained, and take steps to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and provide guidance and support to ensure that they meet our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we are always stocked and ready to meet customer demand.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and provide guidance and support to ensure that they meet our high standards.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented to our high standards.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple orders and tasks to complete in a timely manner.
- Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks, such as cooking and preparing food, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Standing for Extended Periods: Stand for extended periods, and move around the kitchen as needed to complete tasks.
- Work Under Pressure: Work under pressure to meet customer demand and ensure that all orders are completed to our high standards.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service, and ensure that all customer requests are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management, and provide clear and concise instructions and feedback.
- Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and orders to complete.
- Organized: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, and ensure that all tasks and orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Team Player: Work effectively as part of a team, and provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
- Provides Awareness Training: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
