About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Wylds KM Services. As a key member of our outdoor spaces team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and development of our grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Supervising Staff: You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising a team of grounds maintenance staff to ensure that our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and look their best.
  • Grounds Maintenance Planning: You will plan and direct the maintenance of our grounds, including tasks such as mowing, pruning, and weeding.
  • Labour and Materials Estimation: You will be responsible for estimating the labour and materials required for various landscaping projects, ensuring that we stay within budget.
  • Construction and Maintenance: You will oversee the construction of decks, decorative walls, and other outdoor features, as well as the maintenance of our equipment.
  • Record Keeping: You will maintain accurate records of work completed, including logs and reports.
Requirements
  • Education: You will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: You will have at least 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: You will be working outdoors in a variety of locations.
  • Work Setting: You will be working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

  • Language: You will be fluent in English.
  • Hours of Work: You will work 40 hours per week.
