As a Financial Planner , your primary focus will be on cultivating and enhancing client relationships by delivering top-notch advice and services tailored for the mass affluent market. You understand that your clients are your most valuable asset, and your main goal is to provide investment and financial planning guidance to assist them in achieving their unique objectives.

By adhering to a comprehensive financial planning framework, you will concentrate on investment sales and acquiring new clients, while also creating business development opportunities with prospects and clients in your designated market area.

Your responsibilities will include promoting the sustainable growth of proprietary investment business in your assigned market area by:

  • Conducting thorough reviews for assigned clients, encompassing retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and estate planning, utilizing financial planning expertise and tools to support our clients' financial aspirations.
  • Demonstrating a natural curiosity to identify and address client needs, providing trusted financial advice regarding investments and retirement planning.
  • Being self-directed and performance-oriented in your approach to understanding client needs, listening attentively to their requirements, and crafting customized financial strategies and solutions.
  • Engaging actively with clients, educating them, and offering relevant insights and expert advice.
  • Exhibiting a collaborative mindset when interacting with peers, clients, and partners.
  • Building strong relationships, with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.

Do you possess the skills necessary to excel in this role? We would be eager to collaborate with you if you have:

  • Experience in financial planning and investment sales is preferred.
  • Successfully completed the Personal Financial Planning (PFP) designation and/or a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
  • Certification as a mutual funds professional, with current accreditation and good standing for MFDA licensing requirements.
  • A goal-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently as a self-motivated professional while also thriving in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of competitive offerings, market trends, economic conditions, and the regulatory landscape.
