Restaurant Operations Manager

Osmow's Shawarma Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and taking corrective action as needed.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their experience is positive and memorable.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet customer demand. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic team environment.
Requirements:- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
