Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Green Roof Gas Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and replenished as needed.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to new staff members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Language: English.
Our retail store is a fast-paced environment with a focus on excellent customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic team environment.
