Begbie Kids Retail Sales Associate Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Begbie Kids. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise, and provide advice to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Merchandise Management: Maintain a well-organized store environment, including merchandise displays and inventory management.
  • Sales and Revenue: Meet or exceed sales targets, process transactions accurately, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support store initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Personal Qualities: Adaptability, efficiency, outgoing personality, positive attitude, proactivity, flexibility, and reliability.
