Head of Product Management

TheScore is seeking a seasoned product leader to join our Interactive Product Management team. As Head of Product Management, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and vision for our digital product portfolio, including theScore Media, theScore Bet, ESPN BET, and iCasino.
You will work closely with business stakeholders to define a long-term vision for our products and collaborate with engineering teams to turn that vision into reality. Your expertise will drive business impact through subscriber growth and engagement across North America, increasing market share.
About the TeamYou will lead and mentor a team of high-performing product leaders and executives at Penn Interactive. Partner with various business units to understand market challenges and work with engineering to build solutions.
Articulate a vision for Penn Interactive's products and drive alignment for that vision with leaders across the company. Translate your vision into a multi-year roadmap of features, capabilities, and user-facing experiences.
About YouWe are looking for a seasoned product veteran with a minimum of 15 years of collective and relevant work experience in streaming, digital media, sports betting, iCasino, and/or other related industries.
Minimum of 10 years leading product management teams in a senior leadership capacity. Prior success building and executing product roadmaps for technology capabilities at an international business.
Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions and back up assumptions and recommendations. Strong leadership skills with a competitive edge who can inspire, influence, build talent, collaborate, and provide direction in a complex space that breeds results.
