Job Title: General Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable General Supervisor to join our team at DOABA A-1 RENOVATION. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, resolving work problems, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Provide technical guidance and support to workers to improve productivity and product quality
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on worksites
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
