Job Description

Westside Rebar LTD is seeking a highly skilled Director of Technology Management to lead our technology operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Project Management: Assign and manage IT projects to systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians to ensure timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
  • Budget Planning and Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
  • Operational Planning and Organization: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum productivity.
  • Staff Recruitment and Management: Recruit, manage, and develop a team of skilled IT professionals to support the company's technology needs.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Client Management: Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success in leading technology teams.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
