Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Shiv Shakti Anpurna Limited. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained, and take steps to address any issues or concerns.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Work Setting: This role is based in a restaurant environment, and you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: This role requires standing for extended periods, and you must be physically capable of performing the duties of the role.
- Attention to Detail: You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
- Client Focus: You must be able to provide excellent customer service and ensure that our customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
- Flexibility: You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible in your approach to meeting the needs of our customers and staff.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
