Health and Safety Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate them.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety initiatives and programs.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders to stay up-to-date on changing regulations and best practices.
- DEC, Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to Health and Safety.
- At least 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a health and safety role.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically, seek original solutions, analyze, and solve problems.
- Autonomous, structured, and able to coordinate the implementation of several projects simultaneously.
- Excellent IT skills.
