Position Overview:
As an O2C Customer Solutions Analyst, you will oversee the order capture process and ensure smooth delivery, driving the Perfect Order Cycle. Your role will involve minimizing waste and complexity in the Order to Cash (O2C) flow by maintaining accuracy, timely execution, and agreed-upon levels of customer service and satisfaction.
This Talent Pool is intended for future full-time permanent and/or contract positions within the O2C team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance Order to Cash operations for the designated Customer Portfolio.
- Address Demand Capture failures and resolve blocked orders through the order filtering process.
- Validate customer deductions and compliance fines.
- Investigate transportation, warehousing, and billing issues within established Service Level Agreements.
- Review and analyze returns and refusals, ensuring compliance with destruction policies where applicable.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve master data discrepancies and pricing exceptions leading to order blocks or failures.
- Provide updates on order status to customers and internal teams, monitoring open orders in accordance with policy.
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement using LEAN and Focus Improvement methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues while balancing daily expectations.
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and French is preferred, as collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience in conducting root cause analysis for error-free order fulfillment.
- Project management experience, including supporting or leading projects.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain principles and processes.
