Job Summary

Florentina Foods Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and inventory levels
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff in duties and policies
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to warehouse staff
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient warehouse operations
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure seamless delivery of goods and materials
Work Environment

Florentina Foods Ltd. is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be expected to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of our operations team.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
Language and Work Term

English is the primary language of communication in this role. The work term is permanent, and the hours of work are 40 hours per week.
