Role Overview: Business Development Representative

  • Identify and engage potential new clients
  • Formulate strategies to enhance sales performance within the current customer portfolio
  • Conduct regular visits to client accounts
  • Establish a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Engage in strategic planning and team collaboration sessions
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities within the CRM system
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales
  • Motivated and eager to acquire new skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Proven history of achieving sales objectives
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous
