About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our surface land team as an Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will provide professional administrative support for the land acquisition process, ensuring seamless integration with our dedicated and energetic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a range of administrative support for the surface land team, including logistical and administrative tasks.
  • Stay updated with regulatory requirements pertaining to land administration.
  • Contribute to a team-focused culture that offers a flexible and engaging workplace.
  • Assist with health, dental, and vision benefits administration.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ensure attention to detail and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in land administration or a related field.
  • Experience in various land and right of way databases and project management systems.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
