Sales Floor Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Supervisor to join our team at Maxi. As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail business, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales floor is always well-stocked and organized.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to our sales team to ensure that all areas of the store are covered.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop our sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Order Merchandise: Coordinate with our purchasing team to ensure that our store is always stocked with the latest products and trends.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our sales team is always adequately staffed.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports to help inform our business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Effectively handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Organize Inventory: Manage and maintain our inventory levels to ensure that our store is always well-stocked.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our sales team and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
