Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Taunton Commercial Bakery Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing dough, batters, and icings for a variety of baked goods.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders, and bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality baked goods.
- Special Orders: Prepare special orders, including cakes and baked goods, to meet customer requirements.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, and operate machinery as needed.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
