Job Overview

In the role of Media Partnerships Supervisor, you will be instrumental in overseeing the interactions with paid media collaborators across PMX and associated media agencies. Your duties will encompass organizing vendor showcases and events, gathering and disseminating vendor resources, aiding in the upkeep of accurate vendor databases and documentation, and resolving discrepancies in monthly forecasting reports alongside agency and purchasing teams. Effective collaboration with agency and Investment Buying teams, Finance, Central Services, and Media Operations is vital to support the realization of the company's goals.

Essential Skills
The preferred candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, proficient written and verbal communication capabilities, advanced technical acumen in the advertising sector and media divisions, along with substantial experience in advertising methodologies, principles, techniques, and practices.

Key Responsibilities
Your position will require ensuring the timely completion of monthly media expenditure forecasts by planning and purchasing teams, collecting monthly vendor pacing reports and evaluating their precision, facilitating both virtual and in-person informational and training sessions, managing media credits, reviewing pacing reports, and suggesting corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

Support planning and purchasing teams in the monthly completion of forecasting reports. Maintain comprehensive media vendor contact directories. Organize media vendor presentations. Archive vendor materials efficiently. Assist purchasing teams in utilizing media credits. Collaborate with specialized teams and media vendors for joint presentations. Contribute to new business costing initiatives. Aid in the development and promotion of internal media packages and offerings.
