Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Functional Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Interpreting strategic vision and communicating it to the team.
  • Providing expertise in Maximo configuration, customization, and reporting.
  • Assisting with Maximo updates and deployments.
  • Managing the backlog and ensuring priorities and information are accurate and aligned with strategy.
  • Communicating team commitments with the Business Relationship Manager.
  • Meeting regularly with business and BRM to align on new demands and receive feedback from deliveries.
  • Organizing team activities and collaborating with team members.
  • Documenting end-to-end processes for business and help desk.
  • Working with Business Analysts to ensure business requirements are clear.
  • Breaking down business requirements into user stories and preparing work for the team.
  • Organizing and facilitating regular team ceremonies, including daily huddle, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and demonstrations.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will hold the following qualifications:

  • A university degree in a field related to IT.
  • 5 years of experience in a functional analyst position, with knowledge or experience of an ERP information system.
  • Holds one or more Maximo Certifications (Administrator, Deployment, Asset Management).
  • Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL).
  • Experience in the implementation of information systems from A to Z and process analysis.
  • Perfectly bilingual (French/English).
  • Experience with the Agile approach.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Available for travel locally and internationally (20%) and legally authorized to travel abroad.
