Landscape Worker Job Description

Gaudet Landscaping (2020) Ltd is seeking a skilled Landscape Worker to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our clients' outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Cut grass, rake, and collect refuse to maintain a clean and tidy work site.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, such as snowblowers, chain saws, and small engine equipment.
  • Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles, or other masonry units.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and apply fertilizers as needed.
  • Work in various locations, including urban, rural, and remote areas.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Will train on the job.
Work Environment:

English or French.

Hours of Work:
