French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

Our client, a prominent player in the multimedia sector, is seeking to enhance their remote workforce with a Bilingual French Customer Service Representative on a contractual basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and emails from clients during the post-sales phase
  • Collaborate with internal sales and production teams, serving as a communication bridge between the organization and the end customer
  • Address technical questions related to updates and modifications in website development
  • Use an internal CRM system to maintain and retrieve client data

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in both English and French
  • Minimum of one year experience in customer service
  • Familiarity with website development tools and software
  • Competent in using technology, including MS Office and CRM platforms

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm PST

Remote Work: This position is fully remote, but attendance at local team events and meetings may be required.
