Job Title: Senior React Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer to join our team at Axelon Canada. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex React applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of features and identify opportunities for system enhancements.
  • Resolve high-impact problems through in-depth analysis of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
  • Provide expertise in React and advanced knowledge of applications programming, ensuring application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint.
  • Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React concepts.
  • Review application requirements and interface designs, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary, and providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Banking, its clients, and assets.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
  • Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
  • Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
  • Demonstrated debugging skills to quickly resolve client issues.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
