Logistics Coordinator

VTRANS INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS is seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to ensure efficient logistics operations.
- Perform routine clerical duties, including preparing and submitting reports.
- Coordinate traffic flow of supplies to optimize delivery times.
- Prepare and maintain progress reports to track logistics performance.
- Stay up-to-date with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and process import and export documents and other forms on behalf of clients.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure smooth operations.
- 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
