Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and bi-lingual Inside Sales Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Sales and Service: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex sales and customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and the client's native language.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales and customer service issues.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales and business objectives.
