We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ALPHA DRIVING ACADEMY LTD. as a permanent full-time employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
    • Manage and maintain calendars
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Answer and direct telephone calls and messages
    • Respond to electronic enquiries
  • Administrative Support
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
    • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills
