About the Role

Peloton Search Partners is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Development Associate to join their team. As a key member of the Corporate Development function, you will play a critical role in supporting the evaluation and execution of acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Due Diligence Support: Assist in the evaluation of potential acquisition targets, including financial analysis and market research.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support deal evaluation and execution.
  • Transaction Support: Provide administrative support for the Corporate Development team, including data analysis and document preparation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, and HR, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a financial analysis and/or transaction-based environment, preferably in M&A, corporate development, or private equity.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
