Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Go Logistics Inc.

Job Summary

The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, coordinating seminars and conferences, and assisting with staff consultation and grievance procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support the organization's goals.
  • Staff Support: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, and provide support to employees with HR-related issues.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of important updates and changes.
  • Operations: Direct and control daily operations, including supervising office and volunteer staff, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
