As a Marketing and Events Student at PCL Constructors Canada Inc., you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of corporate and social events for 10 – 500 people. This includes researching and suggesting suitable venues, vendors, and suppliers for various event needs, creating event budgets and tracking expenses, and planning and facilitating logistics for all events. You will also assist in developing marketing materials, invitations, and promotional content, and support the maintenance and consistency of the organization's brand identity across all marketing materials and communications.

Key responsibilities include:

* Assisting in the planning and execution of events
* Researching and suggesting suitable venues, vendors, and suppliers
* Creating event budgets and tracking expenses
* Planning and facilitating logistics for all events
* Developing marketing materials, invitations, and promotional content
* Supporting the maintenance and consistency of the organization's brand identity

Qualifications:

* Working towards a degree or diploma in an events or marketing-related field
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organization and problem-solving skills
* Competency with Microsoft Office projects
* Experience with photography and graphic or visual design an asset
