Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Student Homestay Services Inc.
Job Summary:The Reservations Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the reservations process, ensuring seamless communication with clients and staff, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate reservations activities with other work units or departments
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures
- Perform same duties as workers supervised
- Prepare and submit reports on reservations activity
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Assist clients with special needs
- Coordinate, assign, and review work
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Requisition materials and supplies
- Provide emergency services
- Prepare, administer, and grade assigned work
- Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Interpersonal awareness and ability to work with diverse groups
- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to multitask
- MS Office skills
This role is based in an urban area and requires the ability to work in a residential/client's home setting.
