Job Title: Assistant Manager Member Service II

Servus Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager Member Service II to join our team at our South Hill branch in Red Deer.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and coaching our Member Service Representatives to identify members' needs and recommend, refer, or provide products and services that enhance their financial fitness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and coach employees to find opportunities to shape members' financial fitness
  • Pursue new business opportunities proactively
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines to mitigate risk of loss
  • Provide support, guidance, and training to all employees as necessary to ensure performance improvement and cohesive teamwork
  • Understand and meet the needs of our members by providing them with advice on appropriate products and services, and/or identifying opportunities to refer members to appropriate team members or external partners
  • Demonstrate an expert understanding of all branch security procedures
Requirements:

To qualify, you will need at least 4 years of retail banking experience and your high school diploma.

Although not required, the following education/certificates are valuable assets:

  • Previous leadership/supervisory experience
  • Post-secondary education in Finance (or related studies)
