Job Summary

Hamilton Health Sciences is seeking a highly skilled Education Technology Assistant to support the administration of our Learning Management System. This temporary position will play a critical role in establishing protocols, maintaining data integrity, and providing data entry support to staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the Learning Management System to ensure seamless functionality and data integrity
  • Collaborate with the Learning Technology Specialist to establish protocols and procedures
  • Provide data entry support to staff, including retrospective data entry
  • Maintain learner profile information and provide support to staff
  • Support roles such as Education and Development Clinician and Administrative Assistant
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Community College Business office administrative program or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in using and administering a Learning Management System
  • Experience with KRONOS software is considered an asset
  • Proficient keyboarding skills (60 wpm)
  • Excellent computer skills in a variety of applications, including Windows, MS Office, and Taleo
  • Strong administrative and organizational background, with ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, demanding work environment and meet deadlines
