Information Security Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Analyst to join our team at Onico Solutions. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving security events across our networks and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities- Security Event Management: Identify, investigate, and resolve security events in a timely and efficient manner.
- Security Solution Design: Design, configure, and implement security solutions to protect our systems and data.
- Vulnerability Management: Conduct vulnerability audits and manage the remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
- Security Standards and Procedures: Create and maintain security standards, baselines, guidelines, and procedures.
- Cloud Security: Work with cloud security solutions to ensure the security of our cloud-based systems.
- Incident Response: Respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
- Security Audits: Participate in security audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Security Research: Conduct research into emerging security threats and technologies.
- Security Documentation: Create and maintain security-related documentation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information security, with a focus on incident response, vulnerability management, and security research.
- Cloud security experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP is an asset.
- Working knowledge of cloud access security brokers (CASB), data loss prevention (DLP), and other security technologies.
- CISSP certification or other relevant security certifications are an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
- Excellent communication skills are required to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year, plus bonus opportunities. This is a permanent position located in downtown Toronto.
