Unlock Business Potential with Power BI

BeachHead Inc. is seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will play a crucial role in unlocking business potential by designing and implementing data visualization solutions that drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Analysis and Visualization: Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to resolve inquiries and provide timely guidance.
  2. Report Construction and Collaboration: Lead the creation of quality report construction; collaborate with partners, develop & document processes and keep stakeholders current on changes.
  3. Client Support: Support the inquiries of client's FinOps colleagues.
  4. Data Accuracy and Exception Management: Ensure data accuracy while managing exceptions and working with partners to resolve issues.
  5. Relationship Building: Foster effective relationships with peers, technology partners, and subject matter experts.
  6. Process Improvement: Implement process & performance improvements where appropriate; support knowledge transfer throughout FinOps.
Desired Skill Set:
  1. Power BI Expertise: 3 years of experience building Power BI reports and Power Automate flows to support reports.
  2. Data Source Knowledge: 3 years of experience with data sources which can be ingested into Power BI, including SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, etc.
  3. Excel ETL Skills: 3 years of working knowledge of Excel ETL features such as Power Query.
  4. MS Office Proficiency: 3 years of hands-on experience with MS Office Applications.
  5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to review and organize large amounts of data.

  1. Insurance & FI Experience: Insurance & FI experience.
