Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at LOUISA OLOWU EWELA TOSAN. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Feed or assist in feeding clients
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide personal care and support to clients
  • Cook meals for clients
  • Supervise and care for children
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Ability to work as part of a team
Work Environment:

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in clients' homes, providing personal care and support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 75 hours bi-weekly.
