BIM Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to collaborate with our team in shaping the way we design excellence. The ideal candidate will work closely with our BIM Coordinators and Managers to enhance project workflows, software adherence, and library content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project teams to virtually construct buildings and develop project-specific content libraries.
  • Assist in training and project workflows, ensuring adherence to defined standards.
  • Develop and maintain project models, conduct clash-detection, and resolve conflicts.
  • Extract model data for CoBie and dRofus, and manage project models for a healthy BIM database.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-year College diploma or University degree from a recognized architectural program.
  • 2 years of progressive work experience in an architectural office or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent working knowledge of REVIT, with ability to read 2D working drawings.
  • Multitasking, project management, and effective communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with BIM visual programming platforms like Dynamo being an asset.
