About the Role

The Coalition Studio is seeking a highly skilled Senior Builds and Automation Engineer to join our top-tier Engine and Game Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our automated build pipelines, ensuring they meet the demands of large-scale distributed AAA game development projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement high-efficiency automated build pipelines using various tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with Engine Leads, Producers, and developer counterparts from other Xbox Game Studios to ensure seamless integration and communication.
  • Research and investigate innovative technologies to enhance and optimize our automated pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain our build and automation infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable and efficient.

Requirements

  • Proficient C# skills and experience working with different source control solutions such as Perforce and Git.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a versatile skill set.
  • 1+ year Unreal Engine experience in the gaming industry and 1+ year experience working with TeamCity, Jenkins, or other CI/CD solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
