Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Talent Software Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical expertise to our clients and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations surrounding utilization management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical reviews of drug utilization to ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Provide clear and concise communications to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote cost savings through drug formulary management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide pharmaceutical expertise and support.
• Meet department goals for quantity and quality reviews.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations surrounding utilization management.

Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted State of California Pharmacist License.
• Minimum years experience in prior authorization or drug utilization review.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience with claims processing vendors or prior authorization interfaces strongly recommended.
