Job Summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Packaging Quality Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our packaging processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality training programs for new contractors and existing staff.
  • Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to optimize packaging processes.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field (Quality Management System).
  • Training of Trainers certificate.
  • HACCP certificate.
  • Sound knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, GMP.
  • 3 years' experience in Food Industry in a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Internal Auditor certificate for Food Safety Management system.
