Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Clerk to join our team at DCD Design & Manufacturing Ltd. as a Shipping Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth distribution of goods, preparing shipping documents, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Distribution of Goods: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
  • Prepare Shipping Documents: Accurately prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Inspect and Verify Goods: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming goods to verify against invoices and other documents.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, inventory, and other relevant data.
  • Route Goods: Ensure that goods are routed to the correct storage areas and that inventory is accurately tracked.
  • Pack and Unpack Goods: Pack goods for shipment and unpack goods received to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding role.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
